Spinnaker Capital, the leading emerging markets hedge fund has appointed CPQi as the system integrator for their implementation of Calypso. This appointment follows a successful pilot project completed last year and once again shows our strength in the investment banking market.

CPQi continued their participation in the Brazilian Embassy personality of the year award with another quality table. Senior guests joined us from Detusche Bank, JP Morgan, RBS, Panmure Gordon, Reuters, Lombard Risk and Barclaycard.

CPQi CEO, Terry Boyland, was delighted to host the keynote panel at the Brazil Outsourcing 2009 event in Sao Paulo this year. The event over 2 days attracted several major international banks as well as domestic operations and senior government officials.

The delivery to LVS has proved to be a major success both for the short time frame in delivery as well as the quality. Ruby-On-Rails is fast, very fast. However as CEO Simon Ordish of LVS comments ‘There has not been a single support call since going live on the 10th of December’. A tough benchmark to keep!
